100% of the profits from the sale of Alan Steward\'s latest single will be donated to
the Free Tibet Movement.

Acclaimed Producer and Recording Artist Alan Steward decided to donate all of the
profits from the sale of his latest single \"Underdog\" from his latest album \"Pop
Icon\" to the Free Tibet Movement.

\"As a practicing Buddhist and simply as a human being, I can\'t sit idly by while
Tibet\'s right to self determination is squashed by tanks and brute military force. I
had to do something\" says record producer and recording artist Alan Steward.

The Tibetan people are some of the most peace loving people in the world and there
has never been a war fought or a terror act planned on behalf of Buddhism. Yet our
political leaders are quiet. The Bejing Olympics are going on as nothing happened
and none of our leaders seem to stand up for the Underdog. Will somebody come out in
open support? Or do politicians only stand up for countries that have the right
natural resources or religious ideologies? Is oil really more important than people?

Alan Steward decided to do his part. \"I produce dance music, not protest songs but
the song \"Underdog\" seemed just so appropriate for this effort. The lyrics talk
about the Underdog that will not be held down because he\'s a true believer. When I
wrote the song, I watched the violence against the Tibetan people unfold on TV and I
decided right there, this song will be dedicated to the Tibetan people. The next
step was a natural one, to donate the money from sales of this song to the Free
Tibet Movement. Maybe I can help in just a little way and maybe I\'ll be able to help
in a big way. It depends on the success of the song,\" says Alan Steward.

Alan Steward lives in the rainforests of the Caribbean Island of Trinidad where
people just recently faced a similar struggle when their rain forest was slated to
be flattened to make way for the construcion of a huge acid rain producing aluminum
plant by a US metal giant.

\"The people here won that struggle, the rainforest stays and the metal plant was
sent packing. It was like the movie \'The mouse that roared\'. A thousand villagers
against a multi-billion dollar, multi-national giant. There was lots of
intimidation, agressive police actions but the villagers, simple fishermen and
farmers who simply stood up for their land and their way of lfe won. That event was
covered by the international press and it played out just a few dozen miles away
from my home and this gave me hope that the \"Underdog\" can win.\" says a confident
Alan Steward.

\"Underdog\" by Alan Steward is available world-wide on ITunes, Amazon.com,
eMusic.com, Napster.com and other online retailers.
